The management is HORRIBLE! Be careful when you get inside the apartment and leaving the apartment. Make sure you take pictures of everything. They charged us $600 2 months after my kid left the place. You can’t talk to anyone either. Everything is email. They gave us the apartment very dirty, we cleaned up everything. After a year, when we are done with the apartment, we cleaned the bathroom, rugs. Counter top, spackled the walls for paint holes… and no matter what they found a way to charge $600 ( $5 refrigerator cleaning 😂, 15$ bathroom cleaning, etc… it is NOT CHEAP either.

If I could give this apartment building negative stars, I would. My experience living here was extremely disappointing, and unfortunately, the problems went far beyond normal apartment inconveniences. There were multiple circumstances throughout the year that made living here stressful, dangerous, and uncomfortable, and I often felt that residents were expected to simply deal with problems rather than having management genuinely resolve them. The condition of the apartment when we moved in was also extremely disappointing.
