I’m so happy to see the staff and maintenance are super helpful; it’s been three months and SAFE community vibes I hope they don’t change when renewal next year … as I have seen with other properties after the first year. Overall recommend this property !

I have been here less than 1 year… Update To apartment response: The flood impacted the interior of the apartment. Standing water in all of the apartment and water damage to my items. I was told that someone had left the valve in the wrong position during extreme weathering causing the flood.my unit was the only one affected. Again an app is provided as a reliable way to enter the apartments w/ 1 fob. If the app doesnt work for multiple tenants it shouldnt be advertised as such. As long as i had the app i have not had to call for someone to let me in but when it went down i had to call.
