TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT‼️‼️ The property itself is beautiful, but unfortunately, the property management is a completely different story. We have consistently had disappointing experiences with management (Taresa), particularly the property manager, who has been rude, unprofessional, and lacking basic courtesy and consideration. I do want to give credit where it’s due, Kate and the other maintenance staff member have always been very nice. One experience that really showed us how poorly management handles situations happened when the pavement was being redone.
The process for applying for an apartment was 'painful'. I was asked to upload documents, and I did so over and over. I uploaded / submitted the documents repeatedly. Sitting in the main building to pick up my keys, I was asked to e-mail these same documents at least 5 times. The company conducting a check on my certified, licensed ESA was the same way. I uploaded and e-mailed them all documents numerous times. Again, in the office to pick up my keys, I was told my ESA was STILL listed as a PET. Finally, I had asked the reps starting 2 months ago for a garage.
I would like to update my review to reflect the way management handled our concerns. Although our initial move-in experience was disappointing, the management team took the time to listen, understand our situation, and work toward a resolution. They provided alternative options and ultimately helped us transfer to a unit that better suits our family's needs. I appreciate their professionalism, patience, and commitment to customer service. Their willingness to work with us significantly improved our overall experience, and I am thankful for their support throughout the process.
