Moving from Maryland to North Carolina was a huge transition for me, and finding the right place to call home was incredibly important. Before I even visited, some of my colleagues toured the property and absolutely loved it. Once I saw it for myself, I completely understood why. This is now my second year at Blu South Central, and I can honestly say I have been treated like an African princess from day one. The property is beautiful, clean, modern, and exceptionally well maintained.
Convenient, informative, and professional front office. Nekia is direct, efficient, and made our tour feel informative and welcoming. Neighborhood is also nice and the homes are well kept on the leasing side.
The community and staff are amazing. Talia is outstanding! She took my wife & I on multiple tours and found us the perfect house to live in. If you are looking for someone who is efficient and personable.. reach out to Talia!!
