Darragh Holland opened Dutchy’s Fitness Cavan and Dutchy’s Dundalk, respectively, in September 2011 & January 2018.
Lorraine, Darragh’s wife joined the team in 2016. Her passion for food and expertise has added another dimension to our way of doing things.
Our staff is enthusiastic and can help you achieve your goals. Fiona, Sharon and Sharon work behind-the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly.
We offer 6-week transformation program, 12-week Get Lean Program, and your Usual Membership to the gym.
